Refund Policy - SNKERCARTEL
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
A flat £5 return shipping fee per item will be deducted from your total refund. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Holiday Extension: Orders placed in December can be returned until 1st January.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
Please do not return items without contacting us first – they will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personalised/custom products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable items
Gift cards
Electronic Items
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to:
1. Request a return
2. Once approved, place a new order separately
You may also request an exchange when submitting a return – just let us know in your email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
£5 per returned item will be deducted for return shipping.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 5% deduction to cover payment processing fees.
